Project Details – We did Epoxy Coating of Chemical Tanks for a Chemical Plant, wherein they were facing issues of Corrosion as well Quality issues in tanks.
Process Followed –
- High Pressure Water Wash of Tank – To Remove all surface dust, debris & salt residue.
- Steel Grit Shot Blasting – To remove rusting from tank surface and evenly prepare surface for coating
- Salt Test
- RH Test
- Epoxy Coating – Spray paint, using a pneumatic paint gun.
